  • Payments and Pricing

  • Full payment may be required at the time of booking or prior to the tour date, depending on the service selected.

  • Prices are subject to change without notice but will not affect confirmed bookings.

  • APTour is not responsible for additional charges such as transaction fees, taxes, or currency exchange rates.

  • Cancellations and Refunds

  • Customers may cancel a booking in accordance with our posted cancellation policy.

  • Refunds, if applicable, will be issued to the original payment method.

  • APTour reserves the right to cancel tours due to weather, safety concerns, or low enrollment. In such cases, a full refund or rescheduling option will be offered.

  • Liability and Conduct

  • All participants join tours at their own risk.

  • APTour and its guides are not liable for any personal injury, loss, or damage incurred during the tour, unless caused by proven negligence.

  • Participants must behave respectfully toward guides, fellow guests, and local communities. Disruptive behavior may result in removal from the tour without refund.

  • Service Modifications

  • APTour may adjust tour routes, schedules, or stops due to weather, road closures, or other unforeseen circumstances.

  • While we aim to provide the exact tour described, flexibility is sometimes required to ensure safety and quality.

  • Customer Communication

  • By booking a service or submitting an inquiry, you consent to receive communications from APTour related to your booking, including confirmation emails, updates, and post-tour follow-up.

    You may also choose to receive marketing communications, which you can opt out of at any time.

  • Intellectual Property

All content on the APTour website, including text, images, graphics, and branding, is owned by or licensed to APTour and may not be used without permission.

  • Privacy

  • Governing Law

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Alberta, Canada. Any legal action related to these terms shall be brought in a court of competent jurisdiction in Alberta.
